Job Description

• This position has overall responsibility for Inventory control & SCM for Southern Region.
• Maintaining inventory in optimum level & Organizing and Maintaining the Inventory without effecting the customer production line.
• To ensure zero error in Inventory management.
• Controlling and reducing the expiry by continuous follow up with sales team. Purchase indent, Issuing Purchase orders to Overseas Vendors, Shipment planning, Order follow up with Overseas & Follow up for ETD & ETA.
• Control & reduce the no of Air & Sea shipment through Proper Planning. Coordinating with CHA for easier shipment clearance
• Generate Purchase orders to local vendors, Order follow up with Vendors for on time supply.
• Introducing new vendors for cost saving.
• To do more kaizens within department to work smoother and more effective and efficient.
• To do legal compliance for Hazardous waste authorization and other statutory requirements & Responsible for Dead Materials Disposal.
• To maintain and complete the delivery vehicle legal compliance and necessary statutory requirements.
