Support company in formulation of the Sales Performance strategy & plan for better Promoter productivity
He has to track and report sales performance of promoters daily, monthly, quarterly basis
Ensure every promoter's ROI is achieved and No. 1 counter share maintained.
Marketing Strategy
Understand the market needs by interacting with promoters for better visibility and counter share
feedback from sales team , analyse market research agency's report, interact for sales related data
Reporting
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses
