• Manage the Sales team and drive them to deliver the business plan
• Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
• Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
• Works closely with Service Representatives to ensure Channel satisfaction and problem resolutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Presentation skills and public speaking skills in - person , telephone , web
• A minimum of 1-7 years of total work experience including experience into Channel Sales for Audio Visuals product and Solutions
