As a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG industry, your main responsibility will be to oversee and drive sales operations within a specific region. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the assigned region.
• Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned region.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Set sales goals and targets for the region and establish action plans to achieve them.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives within the region.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
