• Responsible for developing an innovative, growth focused business strategy for OET in South
Asia
• Documenting detailed sales, marketing, recognition, test venue recruitment plans for the region
including key account management.
• Delivering on revenue growth targets within agreed budgets and being accountable for revenue
in South Asia
• Understand the market segmentation of OET stakeholders in each region, including candidates,
preparation provider partners, recruiters, and regulators in order to deliver solutions to meet
customer needs.
• Accountability for managing team sales of OET in South Asia
• The role will involve travel to new and existing customers, driving the sales process from
initiation to completion, organising and delivering promotional presentations, attending conferences, events and seminars, identifying and reporting new business opportunities, arranging India team meetings and providing market intelligence. The role requires ability to travel frequently.
• Working with Cambridge Assessment Global Network colleagues in the South Asia region as
required to achieve OET sales targets
• Overseeing and supporting Test venue services with existing and new OET test venues
MBA/PG with 10+yrs of experience in sales. Preferably from Education sector / healthcare industry.
