1. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments and other deductions.
2. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
a. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
b. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
c. Regularly checking the minimum wages set by the Government for accurate compliance of the records.
d. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
e. Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned.
f. Preparing MIS Report on daily and monthly basis.
g. Resolving quires of employees on daily basis regarding ESIC, PF & miscellaneous.
h. PF generate of new employees Individual and Bulk.
i. PF related all queries resolve (like name mismatch, DOB wrong, father name wrong DOJ wrong etc.).
j. Designing CTC with break-up.
k. Handling and processing Salary payroll.
l. Checking reimbursement and process for billing as well as disburse.
