? Responsible for new PLS Operations and farming long term key customers by comprehending their requirements
? Develop trust relationships with portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
? Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements for retention and growth
? Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
? Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment

? 6-9 year experience in Operations. Proven experience as Operations Manager with core experience in Partner management.
? Experience in Business operations and providing solutions based on customer needs
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
? Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
? Capability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
? Excellent listening, problem solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Excellent time and project management skills.
? Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software.
? Demonstrated consultative selling skills and focus on Account profitability.
? Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
? Able to undertake regular national travel, including nights away from home.
