• Assisting in the setting up of the Centre including
• Preparing the presentations on the centre
• Development of the website- making it user friendly and content rich
• Identifying and reaching out to Arbitrators and mediators
• Formulating the Centre’s Rules and Fees structure, after going the necessary market analysis
• Formulating and implementing strategy & plans to develop market for the Centre
• Running day to day operation of the Centre
• Engagement with the Stakeholders for advancement of work of the Centre
• Support role for holding and managing proceeds of Council meetings
• Responsible for meeting the budget expectations of the Centre and managing P/L
• Engagement with third party service provider for maintaining and up keeping the digital services to the Centre
• Keeping a tab on the development in ADR space in India as well as overseas and taking necessary steps for advancing the policy and advocacy effort of the centre
• Conducting and organising conferences, workshops, webinars for Centre
• Maintaining the record of the Centre
• Oversees the Audit of the Centre
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in the field of Arbitration and Mediation
• Thorough knowledge of policies, regulations and academic standards; rules and regulations on all legal matters relevant to dispute resolution including commercial contracts
• Experience of digital execution of Arbitration and Mediation services
• Well networked within corporates & Legal Fraternity
