Job Description

• Responsible for publishing JD at various Job portals like Naukri, Linkedin etc.
• To source profiles through various channels for effective closure of open positions.
• To assist and coordinate through various HR processes..
• As and when required the trainee may need to handle all the recruitment activities
Short listing, Screening & Scheduling Interviews
• To coordinate frontend employees through Documentation Steps
• Making daily/monthly reports of pertaining to various HR activities
• The trainee may need to coordinate through the Employee Engagement Activities for all new employees
• To work in coordination with concerned authority to determine staffing needs
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations and help develop & implement policies and procedures that comply with relevant regulations.
• Last but not least completing timely reports on employment and managerial activities

Fresher or Experienced, willing to learn and planning for a career in Human Resource / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Generalist / Human Resource Business Partner, HRBP. •Candidate should be passionate to learn and develop a career in HRBasic understanding of Statutory Compliance for Factories Act, PF, ESIC,etc.Well versed with MS – Excel, MS-Word, MS-Powerpoint and google suite of applicatonsGood Communication, soft spoken and pleasing personalityGo getter & carries never to die attitude
