• Create engaging learning models for digital programmes
• To conceptualise and design digital courses / programmes for K-12 and Higher Education
• Provide inputs to enhance the learning process. Devise modes of assessment, to measure the effectiveness of the learning content
• Create user-centred designs in order to enhance user experience by understanding user requirements and feedback
• Collaborate with publishing and product development teams to develop rich and engaging digital learning and assessment solutions.
• Evaluate existing digital products, suggest improvement and undertake further development of products
• Analyse and apply trends and best practices in learning design
• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education or relevant field
• 7+ years of work experience in learning design or similar field for
• Knowledge of current and popular educational technology platforms, digital learning / e- learning, tools, media, methods and design processes
• Relevant experience of designing digital learning course / programmes
• Familiarity with mobile and computer applications, and web-based technology is preferred
• Knowledge of learning theory and instructional design
