• Ensure service availability and service improvement.
• Provide 2nd & 3rd level support to global distributed IT members.
• Microsoft Intune and Exchange Administration, Conditional access Policies, automated device enrolment, app protection policies
• Participate actively in global projects.
• Technical role in supporting IT regions with EMM and Office 365 related issues
• Build, design, test, deploy, support, monitor and maintain Andritz EMM & Office 365 infrastructure
• Review mobile applications and provide solutions/recommendations
• Assess, test, and integrate enterprise and commercial mobile apps into the EMM environment
• Good understanding of Android, iOS and Windows platforms
• Manage and support conditional access policy
