Job Description

Overall responsibility on the definition, implementation and further development of the process
Participate in global meetings as technical consultant in combination with process management
Requirements engineering in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
Drive the definition and implementation of needed asset types including definition of mandatory/optional data fields, processes, workflows and responsibilities
Identify needed data sources and organize needed synchronization and automation
Define required dashboards, reports and KPIs in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
Drive the ability to automatically discover information and track changes of the configuration items (auto-discovery)
Drive continuous improvement of the data quality and data completeness of the CMDB and their data sources by triggering needed actions and developing effective procedures
Prepare functional specification sheets based on requirements in close cooperation with the tool experts for the technical implementation
