Recruitment Lead role that will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment life cycle process from role specification through the employment offer stage. The person would be involved in preparing and actively engaging in the sourcing activity, guiding the candidates during the recruitment life cycle process and manage the stakeholder relationship. In addition to hiring the right talent and leading the team he/she would be expected to bring in the industry knowledge and best practices about the recruitment tools, technologies and talent strategies.
Together with the marketing and communication team the person would also need to play an active role in developing employer branding project and educate the team to make sure the candidates know about business and values.
