geographies.
- Source franchise prospects through various campaigns.
- Analyze potential prospects and facilitate the setup of company franchise stores.
2. Site Selection and Infrastructure:
- Survey locations and identify suitable sites in medically active areas.
- Finalize the layout and coordinate the completion of infrastructure work through vendors.
3. Franchise Business Development:
- Develop the franchise business through sales support, marketing initiatives, camps, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities, offers, and camps.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide support to franchise partners.
4. Franchise Operations and Management:
- Conduct weekly/monthly franchise meetings and reviews to drive business growth.
- Implement a regular Joint Business Plan (JCP) for auditing franchisees, with a focus on metro franchisees.
- Develop strategies to improve store productivity and profitability.
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees in all aspects of their business, including stock management, customer relations, staffing, finances, and cost control.
- Ensure the successful execution of the franchise business plan.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of franchisees in allocated regions - Build and maintain a friendly and collaborative relationship with franchise partners.
- Provide regular training and refresher sessions to technicians and phlebotomists in the franchise network.
