• Manage end to end recruitment - Sourcing CVs, employee referrals,
and social media and job postings in the portal.
• Scheduling the interviews of the candidates based on the technical
panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
• Follow up with the candidate till onboarding
• Deliver – Minimum 10-12 CVs in a day
• Turnaround time for CV submissions- 2-4 hours must carry Excellent
analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills which includes email
writing and reply etiquettes.
Good command of verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Negotiation skills.
Good in Relationship management with clients/candidates.
