We are looking for FSO (Field Sales Officer) in Pune location
We are a leading FMCG company. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Officer, responsible for managing key outlets in the FMCG industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with key outlets in the FMCG industry
• demonstrating and presenting products to key outlets
• Visit Distributors regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives and maintain relationships for long term business prospects.
• Grow the distribution Channel/ Network, Drive volume, profitability to achieve disruptive growth.
• Handling the channel sales, dealer distributor management for the assigned territory and
handling primary secondary sales
• To achieve daily sales target by selling product to retail outlets
Required Candidate profile:
• Minimum Qualification is 12th pass, Graduate
• Minimum exp. of 6 months of channel sales in FMCG or consumer durable industry is preferred
• Experience in field sale is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: Basic + TA + Incentive
