Job Description

Ability to independently
• Gather Basic Secondary Data on the Subject and Build content
Plan and execute the following:
• Create content for internal and external communication
• Understand contemporary business issues/challenges related to the sector
• Interact with members to take feedback and inputs from time to time
• Provide policy advice and technical assistance to Project Lead.

Develop /Build Strategy for the Event – basis the targets and timelines
• Gather subject content for marketing and promotional material – either from partner or from secondary research
• Launch marketing campaigns – social media, LinkedIn etc
• Build on database for managing targeted audience through promotions to increase footfalls in events
• Identify sponsors and fund-raising options
• To help bring new ideas and opportunities
• Provide backend support for the program/project -virtual / Physical events eg: Webex, MS teams etc
• Closure of Event – Deliverables, Invoicing, and Report back document

Desired Candidate Profile

• Writing and Communication Skills
• Sound Knowledge of Manufacturing Sector
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Use of MS teams, Webex, and Zoom
• Ability to present information in a clear and concise format.
• Digital Marketing / Social Media Campaign
