• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media profiles and presence (primarily Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn), driving engagement, and increasing followers through creative and strategic content.
• Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, focusing on social media, SEO, emailers, and display advertising campaigns.
• Content Management: Oversee the creation and management of engaging, high-quality content for our digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with engagement targets and brand voice.
• Emailers and Newsletters: Design (through agency) and execute corporate quarterly newsletters and emailers around our campaign for internal communication to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Meta Ads etc. ensuring maximum ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse digital marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance and ROI.
• SEO/SEM: Implement and manage search engine optimization including keyword research, link building, and PPC campaigns to increase rankings on all major search networks.
• Manage the corporate website along with the agency, its upkeep and regular updates, like quarterly results in investor section, catalogue updates in media gallery etc.
• Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize results across all campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. • At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital strategy development and execution. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and techniques including social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, YouTube), SEO, SEM, and digital advertising. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using digital analytics tools. • Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences. • Basic editing and designing skills in adobe photoshop (good to have)
