Ensuring practice of all financial systems and processes and their compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at Srikalahasti plant.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of all commercial and other controlling related activities in Purchase, Stores and Dispatches at Plant.
• Facilitating finalization of Budgets, allocation of financial resources and monitoring actual spends.
• Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances related to accounting and deposition of taxes and duties to avoid penal notices or demands
• Supervising plans in order to ensure efficient operations within approved budgets
• Supervising purchase, raw materials, SCM and other commercial activity.
• Monitoring commercial planning & coordination of the other commercial department (Purchase, raw material, SCM) for the smooth operation.
• Controlling expenditure of commercial related expenses, monitoring receivables and payables at plant level.
• Ensuring finalization of Books on Accounts within time without qualifying remarks by Auditors
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with appropriate level of statutory regulatory Authorities
• Identifying and proposing process changes and introduction of effective MIS which enable effective decision making
• Directing and supervising regular coordination and liaison with all user departments and compilation of necessary MIS reports documentation and submission within schedule
• Supervising the financial budget of the plant, plant balance sheet & P&L account.
• Knowledge of SAP must.
• Thorough knowledge of Raw Material
• Understanding of Supply chain procedures. Strong Negotiation skill.
• Ability to think outside the box to idea to innovative analysis.
• Health and Safety adherence to all Company Health and Safety Policies, Procedures and Safe Working Practices.
• Knowledge of SAP must.
