1) Monthly Reporting in Global Consolidation tool like Cognos – Actual &
Forecasting
• Generating required data from Accounting Software & updating
working files
• Monthly closure of books of account
• Filling/uploading the forms in Cognos
• Assisting in Preparation of Budgeting Activities like Revenue Budgeting,
Capex Budgeting with the coordination of Sales Director & GM Finance.
• Preparing file for Simulation on Monthly Basis & reporting same in
COGNOS with strict adherence to deadlines.
2) Fixed Assets – In SAGE X3 ERP
• Recording FA purchase ,Sales, Disposal & transfer in Software – FA
Register.
• Maintaining the list of unopened Asset
• Run the Depreciation in software & analyse the trend.
• Maintaining Rental Fleet Record
• Sharing the WDV to branches for Inter branch transfers.
3) Finalisation of Accounts
• Coordinating with Statutory and IFC Auditors/ Consultant
• Generating the data required by them
• Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements
• Implementing internal controls.
4) Banking
• Obtaining Bank Guarantees.
• Tracking of Earnest Money Deposits.
• Any other banking related work.
5) Customer & Supplier Master Activation in ERP
6) Any other activity as required by Financial Controller
1) Sufficient Exposure to ERP or any other Accounting software 2) Thorough knowledge of MS – Office. Excellent excel skills 3) Understands importance of adhering to timelines for KRA’s 4) Good oral & written Communication skills.
