Job Description
1. Accounting : Routine Accounting on SAP for Payments, Receipts, Expenses, Purchases & Sales. Knowledge of Project Accounting
2. Finalization of Balance Sheet. Knowledge of AS 7.
3. Indirect Taxation : Knowledge of GST including Returns. Experience of handling GST Audit and Notices.
4. Direct Taxation : Handling of TDS including Returns. Handling of IT Notices.
5. Project Cost Control : Keeping eye of Project Costs and escalating the matters wherever required.
6. Handling of Site Funds Control.
7. Credit Control : Generating Debtors MIS and follow up with Credit Control team.
8. Banking Operations : Opening of LC & BG , Amendments and related actions.
9. Monthly MIS : Generating Monthly MIS for Banks & Head Office.Management.
10. Quarterly MIS : Generating Quarterly Financial MIS for Management.
11. Handling Internal Audit & Statutory Audit
