Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Twilio company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming customer calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner, striving to achieve first-call resolution.
- Providing accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies.
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing account-related tasks.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to offer personalized solutions to customers.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance overall service quality.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, company policies, and best practices to continuously improve customer service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
