1. Define and implement the strategic sales plan for Company Pet Solutions India and achieve the sales target for India.
2. Collaborate and support Commercial Development Manager, Asia to develop and grow Company Pet Solutions business in India.
3. Work closely with Company Asia Pet Solutions team to develop global brands in India including new product launch plans.
4. Develop distribution channels and work closely with distributors (incl regular business review and product training) to drive Company Pet Solutions route to market in petshops, vet clinics, modern on-trade and optimize the channel mix.
5. Develop Key Account and Manage.
6. Pricing and SKU optimization and management.
7. Participate in the Annual Budget preparation.
8. Participate in monthly forecast updates and S&OP process
9. Work with relevant parties (registration, supply chain, sales forecast, local regulations…) to ensure good management of stocks level and to ensure the products are available
10. Understand, monitor and provide feedback to Pet Solutions Regional Management on market and competitive intelligence database to identify the opportunities, improvements, levers of development for the marketing mix.
11. Work with Pet Solutions Marketing and ensure compliances with global brand guidelines
Should work with or know about distribution management,modern trade, traditional channels, market information tools.
Experience in managing distributors and key accounts.
Full professional proficiency in English. Second language is preferred.
