Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at Adhunik Switchgears Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative switchgear and electrical products. You will engage with potential customers over the phone, offering expert advice, and ensuring their electrical needs are met. Your goal is to foster long-lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our range of switchgear and electrical products.
2. Provide comprehensive product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns with a deep understanding of our offerings.
3. Identify customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies for improved sales performance.
5. Stay updated on our product catalog and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum Experience: 6months-1 years
2. Qualification: Graduate(Electrical/Similar Field)
3. Fresher: Reputed College· High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Proven track record in telesales or inside sales roles, preferably within the electrical or industrial products sector.
