Annual contract with 3 months’ probation [or as mandated by Local Regulations]
Qualifications and Education
i. University graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in any subject,automotive is preferable
ii. Preferable 1 Year experience in Automotive Industry [Brand Promotions]
iii. Excellent Relationship Building skills in diversified cultures
iv. Analytical Skills
v. Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills
v. Cross functional Team working skills
vi. Outstanding time management skills
vii. Proficient in Reading, Writing, speaking and listening English
For UAE: Proficient in speaking and listening Urdu / Hindi. Arabic also,shall be beneficial.
For other locations as per most common use language and English fluent.
Advanced Excel skills
Driver License and a Car
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Visit weekly the market (Retailers & Garages) per schedule confirm by team leader
at Middle East and present the company and its products per material and trainings provided by the Company
ii. Provide advice and guidance on product selection and assist customers in finding
the suitable product
iii. Support in promoting garage and retail Company’s Loyalty Program for markets, which applies.
iv. Assist in organizing and coordinating events & commercial seminars.
v. Provide feedback to the local distributor in improving Company’s product
accessibility on garage level
vi. Visit and follow up with customers to gather market intelligence for product launch
