• Provide Administration / DevOps Support. The foremost requirement of this role is to provide application support and incident resolution in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed SLA's.
• Performance tuning of slow running processes will also be required. A deep and demonstrated understanding of Security principles is required to manage changes in line with IT security recommendations.
• Maintain JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and users while working in a JIRA 6.x & + environment. Work with JIRA filters generate reports, dashboards. Manage / modify sprint boards. Improve JIRA security. Set access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces. Work with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflows, fields, and JIRA administration. Part of an upgrade team to execute Upgrades and Updates.
• End to end Excellent knowledge of JIRA Agile Boards: Scrum & Kanban & Conguration of Jira Dashboards
• Troubleshoot and fix application environment issues.
• The ability to install, configure, upgrade and optimize performance of an application environment.
• In depth understanding of the environment and the business systems requirements of it. Able to re-build this platform if required.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database integrity issues, performance issues, blocking and deadlocking issues, replication issues, log issues, connectivity issues, security issues etc. Understands the business impact of an IT systems failure.
