Responsible for executing Organization's Analytics vision to enable full visibility of Organization's service performance and analytics by converting business and process data into actionable insights for business outcome using Tableau and other reporting, analytics and visualization tools. Responsible for supporting the implementation of the Analytics framework along with the Manager – Analytics and the Global Governance Lead. This role will work in close collaboration with the Manager-Analytics, Global Governance Lead, Global Process Owners, Global Transformation Lead and Service Management Leads along with members of organization Global IT and Business Intelligence teams to ensure that execution is in adherence with all aspects of business, process and technology as per the Analytics framework.
