Job Description

The role of the Operations Manager will focus on process management, implementing and maintaining robust systems with tight control on the commercial base.
This will be achieved by setting in place SOPs for activities like Inventory Control, Optimum Utilization of Rental assets & consumables, Rental Revenue optimization by improving billing Efficiencies, Cost control and Rental Contracts Documentation.

1. Implement Stock Control Processes:
- Conduct Physical Audits of the Rental Fleet in tandem with the field staff/technicians
- Keep a check on the Buffer stock & Allocation up to Branch Level/Hospital Level
- Analyze the Garment utilization up to Branch Level/Hospital Level
- Analyze the cause of downtime of the systems whether due to Service/Supply issues
- Review the Rental Asset Utilization & Arrive at the actual Revenue generated per system

2. Review of the Rentals Contracts :
- Make a database of the existing contracts with relevant fields
- Make Comparative analysis for pricing & Profitability
- Reporting the MIS to the higher Management

3. Streamlining Rental Invoicing & Optimize Billing Efficiencies:
- Analysis of Revenue Loss due to non-paying , panel patients, Scheme patients, credit patients and missing patients.
- Devise a SOP to avert the Revenue Loss due to the above & mis-utilizations of Garments & Spares
- Enhancing the currently Used applications MERS/POS/Manual DCs for the above
4. Spares Utilization & Consumptions
- Review the monthly inventory & Import
- Review & Compare the monthly consumption for Rental/Warranty/CMC

5. If required (occasionally) - Local travel to Hospitals or other office locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years in handling Operations or similar/Related Roles. Exposure in managing supply chain operations in medical devices/equipment company may be an added advantage though not mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to interact with various department staff.
- Commercial Orientation.
- Above average Analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of import Process.
- Documentation.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office tools.
