Job Description

1. Review of day-to-day overall accounting from journal entry to finalization of books of account.
2. Review and approve of all AP entries related to invoices, GINs Direct Purchase invoices from local Printers & Imported from Intercompany, Pre-press Purchase Orders & SG& Vendors purchase
Orders and Invoices in SAP under appropriate head and correct vendor ledgers and making sure
that these are backed by approved purchase orders /agreements.
3. Review of Vendor Reco, Open PO, GR/IR, GIT, Prepaid, Prepress and work of team.
4. Sales and COGS reco, Inventory reco and E &O Calculation.
5. Co-ordination and reconciliation of Inter Branch Company.
6. Support and ensure the complete and accurate Month End Closing
7. Monthly Review of all SL GL Reconciliation like, Sales, Purchases, Bank, Inventory, Vendors
Reconciliation & COGS & all Balance Sheet Schedules.
8. Preparing and ensuring the completeness of monthly Balance Sheet and P&L schedules.
9. Review and analysis of monthly PL numbers for comparison with budgets vs actuals & liaising
with various departments for capturing reasons for any variances & discussions for keeping these expenses within budget/forecast.
10. Ensuring the completeness of month end provisions and reversals in the subsequent month.
11. Providing solution for day-to-day query being raised by team members related to Direct &
Indirect Purchase.
12. Co-ordination with Stat Auditors, Internal auditors, and UK team to complete the Stat Audit field work and support in getting financials signed from auditors.
13. Preparing and review of various audit schedules related with internal/external auditors.
14. Coordination with various stakeholders and creating month end provisions against G& A.
15. Handle all insurance related task like arranging quotes & negotiation with Insurance brokers for
minimum premium & renew the policies before the due date.
16. Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. CA Inter/MBA Finance having minimum 5 years of experience/ CA having minimum 3 years of experience. 2. SAP working knowledge desirable. 3. Having minimum 5 years of experience (3 years in case of CA) in book-keeping and closure of year end and month end activities. 4. Having experience of handling overall accounts of the company. 5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
