1) MIS Reports
• Preparation of PAN India Business MIS (Revenue wise, Product wise, Profitability wise)
• Prepare & Analysis Various Debtors related reports like Receivables, DSO, Ageing, Collection Report etc.
• Preparation of working file to for companies yearly performance pay.
2) Imports
• Payment & recording of Custom duty.
• Thorough verification of Import checklist.
• Prepare the Cost sheet for all the Imports.
• Approve, analyse & record the Freight & Clearing cost
• Reconciliation of Custom duty Wallet on a timely basis.
3) Bank reconciliation
• 15+ Banks reconciliation on a regular basis.
4) Receipts Entries
• Entries in Sage ERP for direct sale from Warehouse.
• Manual Matching of Invoices in ERP.
5) Forex
Coordinating with Forex vendor for organizing forex to the employees
for their overseas official visit (Negotiate with them for forex rate) &
maintain the record of same.
6) Any other activity as required by Financial Controller.
1) Sufficient Exposure to ERP or any other Accounting software 2) Thorough knowledge of MS – Office. Excellent excel skills 3) Should have good knowledge in book keeping 4) Understands importance of adhering to timelines for KRA’s 5) Good oral & written Communication skills.
