Job Description

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain the company's financial plans and models, including the budget, forecast, and long-term financial projections.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and communicate timely and accurate financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including financial statements, budget variance analysis, and cash flow reports.
• Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts, including the preparation of pitch decks, business plans, and financial projections, and manage relationships with investors and lenders.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage financial risks, including the identification and mitigation of potential financial exposures.
• Business Performance Metrics: Develop and implement key business performance metrics to track the financial performance of the company and identify areas for improvement.
• Financial Management: Oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and legal regulations and requirements, including tax, accounting, and securities law

• CA • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or business management, with a focus on financial planning and analysis. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain financial models and projections. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Experience in fundraising and investor relations, including the preparation of pitch decks and business plans. • Knowledge of financial and accounting software, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. • Passion for space technology and innovation, with a strong interest in the growth and success of the company.
