2. Preparation of MIS & reporting with proper analysis to HOD & Mangagement.
3. Handling of HR activities i.e. training, policy updation & managing and coordination of staff welfare activities.
4. Good knowledge of various agreements (Lease, purchase & NDA) checking.
5. Good knowledge of Time office & payroll management.
6. Knowledge of Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, Labour Department & FRRO)
7. Supervision of all admin related vendors i.e. Insurance, Utility, stationers, housekeeping, printing, security agency, taxi, internet/mobile service provider.
8. Coordination with company India branch & sales offices.
9. Knowledge of ISO & other admin related audits.
