• Propose annual sale budget in line with the company’s overall targets and get validation from senior
• management.
• Achieve annual sales target and monitor and ensure achievement of these overall sales plans and strategies.
• Maintain of sales register customer wise, distributor wise to keep a track of business and our overall share in the respective territory
• Manage and develop key customer accounts, dealers/distributors in assigned territory to ensure achievement of annual sales targets.
• To provide sales and technical support to key accounts/dealers/distributors and monitor the overall effectiveness of these trainings in customer understanding of products and generating sales.
• Provide timely product feedback to technical manager, assist the technical team in customer visits and to conduct trainings/seminars wherever applicable.
• To align with and assist marketing manager on product pricing and brand building/promotional activities.
• Plan in advance monthly travel itinerary and to seek validation from reporting manager. Timely submission of report for review every month.
• Prepare sales reports and conduct meeting with reporting manager for monthly/quarterly/annual sales review.
• To coordinate with supporting functions - sales coordinators, execution, accounts, operations, wherever
• applicable in line with day to day sales activities and to ensure availability of adequate stocks for executing sales in line with projections.
• Arrange and facilitate new customer/dealer/distributor creation/credit limits/distributor agreement with all required documents, get necessary approvals for creation of code and start for business.
• Follow up on timely payments with customers as contracted.
• Timely resolution of customer/dealer/distributor disputes and ensures adherence of business terms, assists in resolution of credit problems and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain competitive prices and a good understanding of product ranges in the respective territory. Timely communication of their activities and feedback to the reporting manager to help in making informed decisions around business activities
• Cross coordination and timely providing information required by other departments - operations, execution, finance, legal, compliance in line with the business.
