As an Area Sales Manager, your role will be to grow the business of the company’s products and services in the assigned territory/area/sub-region. The company is a pioneer in the field of Renting Medical Equipment to leading hospitals across India. The Area Manager’s primary responsibility will be to grow and expand the Rental business of its medical equipment in different product segments to hospitals in his/her territory.
The KRAs will include:
• Generating and Growing Rental Revenues from existing Contracted Hospitals.
• Promoting, Negotiating, and Signing Rental Contracts with New Hospitals in the territory.
• Managing Branch Operations – Inventory Management, Credit Control, Handling Technicians,
• Ensuring Timely Supplies, Monitoring Invoicing.
• Experience in Medical Equipment/Devices Sales & Business Development.
• Experience in selling to Key Stake Holders in Hospitals like - Doctors, Nurses, Biomedical Engineers, Para-Medical Team, Purchase Managers, etc.
• Institutional Sales, Key Account Management, Relationship Management, and Credit Control. Experience in selling ICU/Critical Care Products, Medical Beds, or Hospital Furniture is desirable.
• In-depth working knowledge of Hospital Equipment Sales (B2B Segment).
• Exposure to handling Branch Operations will be an added advantage (though not mandatory)
