1) Sales and marketing experience with proven expertise in handling regulated API business experience in
Northeast Asia markets
2) Strong knowledge and insights about the regulatory filings in Northeast Asia countries
3) Efficient in managing existing businesses and customers portfolio and key accounts in the region.
4) Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the assigned region
5) Should have a strong experience in handling API product sales and all related functions.
6) Ability to try new approaches when faced with challenges.
7) Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline environment.
8) Building and maintaining healthy relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by
achieving delivery and service quality norms.
9) Handling existing business - negotiation on price and costs, delivery terms and specifications, Collection
with clients.
10) Maintaining data of sales, payment collection, keeping track of customer orders and collections.
11) Define & execute business strategies for the India business.
12) Proactively identify the new markets, clients, and avenues for business expansion in the assigned regions.
13) Understanding and familiarity of rules and laws related to the respective region.
14) Experience of managing clients as per their time zone, and preferences.
