Now days getting certification in HR is on high demand. Having HR certification give a boost in the career growth. With an MBA in HR, you already have a HRM specialization. Now the key is to get that specialization validated from a third-party source, to increase your job prospects. So I would suggest that you opt for certifications in HR.
