We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive – Air Freight to manage air freight operations, ensuring smooth cargo movement and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Coordination – Handle bookings, confirmations & coordinate with airlines, agents & shippers.
Customer Communication – Provide shipment updates & address inquiries promptly.
Documentation Management – Manage Air Waybills (AWB), invoices & shipping documents.
Shipment Monitoring – Track cargo, follow up on schedules & notify consignees of any changes.
Problem Resolution – Address delays & ensure timely pick-up & delivery.
Reporting – Share shipment status & assist in performance reports.
Requirements:
2-3 years of air freight forwarding experience
Strong communication, customer service &organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
