We are looking for a competitive profile with extensive experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare organization having deep knowledge of managing Equity related decision based on financial matrix and identifying the opportunities for planning and executing mergers & acquisition for the organization.
Scope:
Complete responsibility of planning, designing, end to end proposals and recommendation pertaining to Equity related activities and decision. Leading and executing the business proposals in accordance with the leadership for suitable merger & acquisition business partners.
Rolls & Responsibility:
A. Execution of equity capital market transactions including main board Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Rights Issue and other fund raising / advisory services including pre-IPO.
B. Developing sustainable relationship with Investment bankers, Investors, Fund raising institutes, Equity enhancement agencies.
C. Conducting primary and secondary research to unearth facts and generate actionable insights.
D. Identifying and developing methodologies for capturing the opportunities to infuse, build strong equity base by market capitalization.
E. Structure and create business / market assessments and identify appropriate tools to be used and analyses for effective Merger & Acquisition proposition.
F. Understand, describe, and apply corporate finance concepts, interpret company annual reports, prepare data for analysis.
G. Build financial models through compilation of data & analysis to back up a business case and presenting it to senior management.
H. Exploring avenues and designing strategy with realistic roadmap for equity enhancement and realization methods.
I. Drive all stages of the investment process including origination, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution and integration.
J. Identify, assess, and execute potential investment and acquisition transactions.
K. Lead deal origination by building deep ties with Target companies and other industry participants for acquisition and to collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and analyse opportunities and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, deal structure and transactional issues.
L. Create optimal deal structures that will ensure long-term value creation for company and ensure that invested companies and their representatives will be aligned with company.
M. Post investment work closely with the invested companies in ensuring value creation and realization.

CA or CFA, MBA in Financial Management with premier Institute
• Excellent in MS-Word, Advanced Excel, and Power point presentation, Big Data handling and Dashboards and report analytics.
• Preparing and developing business cases based on analytics and facts.
