Job Description

Procurement of packing and other materials are done, maintaining cost efficiency/ quality by proper
planning, price negotiation.
To ensure quality check are done and records are maintained and of materials on loaded/ offloaded
in trucks .
Ensure the commodity procured is at the best possible rates.
Ensure Internal Quality Checks are conducted on each consignment lot and records are maintained
Reports of quantities of commodities 1> procured 2>Cleaned 3>Stocked 3> Dispatched and other
reports as advised on requirement.
Vendor Management- Maintain relationships with cleaning vendors, cha, freight forwarders, labour
contractor’s other vendors .
Documentation: Ensuring documentation is completed at every stage promptly .
Logistics: Arranging containers as per the booking done by the logistics team .
Handling local matters and Logistics -coordination with freight forwarders .
Responsible for all the warehouse, procurement, and operations activities in the region
