• Execution of Plant HR functions
• Payroll Management for onroll employees
• Contractor Labour Management including compliances
• Manpower planning, assist in recruitment process.
• Employee and industrial relations, handling union matters
• Handling/assistance in disciplinary and grievance handling
• Liasion with local govt. and private regulatory agencies related to HR
• Ensure adherence with relevant labour laws, legal regulations and HR SOPs
• Handling/assistance in HR head in the matter related to legal and court cases in labour related matters
• Owner for all HR & legal compliances/returns. Fulfill the statutory compliances on timely basis with respect to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, MLWF etc.
• Execution of all Trainings, Welfare, Employee Engagement Programs
• Create and maintain a positive work environment and prevent social conflicts
• Primary contact for employees and managers to answer HR related inquiries
• Maintenance of all necessary personnel records including employee personnel files, department records, compensation & benefits record etc.
• Supervises all activities related to Timeoffice, Releivingformaliies
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Proactively identify HR interventions and opportunities in support of business needs and objectives
• Implement corporate-lead HR initiatives at plant
• Specialization in Employee Relations.
• Proven experience of adherence to HR best practice.
• Experience of working in a unionized environment
• Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources leadership experience, preferably in same manufacturing environment.
