Job Description

Perform learning needs analysis and prescribe the appropriate learning experience to close performance gaps.
Designs and develops learning solutions, leveraging tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods to create learning activities that are engaging, activity-based, and results-oriented. Conducts content research and develops learning materials (eg., toolkits, guides, case studies) for learning programmers.

Conducts content research and develops learning materials (eg., toolkits, guides, case studies) for learning programmers.
Develops and maintains learning solutions that satisfy the needs of a diverse set of learners (e.g. instructor-led, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, performance support etc.)
Deliver and facilitate pilots and train-the-trainer [T3] sessions
Analyze the effectiveness of the learning programs (TTT, new product launches, change management, etc.) and work closely with cross-functional teams to support improvement plans
Manage the corporate LMS system.
Lead, manage and administrate the performance management annual cycle including training the Human Resources Business Partners.
Lead, manage and administrate the annual talent management and succession planning and drives ongoing process enhancement and improvement including training the Human Resources Business Partners.
Support the implementation of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, hire and retain talents and project manage EVP and work with Regional HR Leaders to drive EVP campaigns.
Utilize expertise to support a variety of initiatives including organization assessment, organization design, change and transition management, and culture transformation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Substantial experience in instructional design, including learning & development of on-demand eLearning and performance support.
• Proficient in adult learning and instructional design methodology (ADDIE, Gagne, Bloom's Taxonomy, Moments of Need, Boxes, etc.)
• Ability to convert technical or complex information into easily used and understandable text and graphics. - Experience designing and developing Policy training.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast paced environment Ability to navigate through ambiguous situations • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team with a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability
