Provides end-user support for Microsoft Office 365 applications like MS Teams or SharePoint Online (2nd Level)
• Has detailed understanding of SharePoint Online functionality including Lists, Document Libraries, Pages, Search, Permissions, and Settings
• Documents all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes
• Ensures accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues
• Handles complex support cases with the help of external providers/vendors
• Contributes to end-user knowledgebase (creation/updates of articles) continuously
• Performs migration tasks among different platforms (SPO to SPO, SP 2010/2013 to Teams,/SPO)
• Engages with site owners and coordinates content migration from start to end
• Performs validation activities during and after migrations
• Resolves issues post migrations
• Administers and supports on premises SharePoint 2013 infrastructure
• Ensures the operational health of the SharePoint online environment
• Creates and performs automation tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Proactively monitors outages and service performance/health
