Job Description

Responsibilities include :

Sourcing:
- Work with Hiring Manager and Interview team to ensure Job requirements and competencies are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
- Sourcing of potential candidates from external Job portals and Professional networking platforms
- Processing of resumes through internal employee referrals
- Perform technical aptitude and soft skills primarily in SAP domain for both Technical as well as Functional domain expertise
- Manage Candidate tracking mechanism and process the same in database.

Screening and Shortlisting:
- Resume screening on the basis of the key job requirements
- Shortlisting of resumes based on the preferred credentials by looking at relative experience, Domain expertise and technical competencies
- Prepare Resume submissions to hiring managers

Scheduling Interviews:
- Coordinate with the hiring managers and the candidates and scheduling of interviews as per availability of both the parties
- Regular follow up with the Hiring managers and the candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
-Gather feedback from the hiring manager and share with the candidates after interviews

General responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationship and partnering with Hiring Managers, Business Leads and HR
- Coordinate with the local HRBP team to support the documentation and Offer preparation process
- Actively participate in staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Bachelor or Master Degree preferred
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience is required.
- Expertise in sourcing profiles across various technology platforms
- Experience in technology staff augmentation, consulting firm is desired
- Experience in contractor hiring and permanent staffing
- Excellent Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with crucial deadlines and deal effectively in high pressure, dynamic situations
- Strong ability to multi task and handling multiple open positions at the same time
