• Identify, pursue, and close large-scale project sales opportunities across assigned territory or sector.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, PMC (Project Management Consultants), real estate developers, and contractors.
• Conduct regular project site visits and technical/product presentations.
• Create and manage a healthy project pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure specification of products in BOQs and tender documents through architect and consultant engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product, and installation) to ensure timely delivery and execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms aligned with company policies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategy and positioning.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular reports to management.
