Job Description

1. Interaction with Engineering & APQP for Project feasibility.

2. Updating APQP documents related to projects / sales responsibility

3. Update RFQ sheet and present summary to Mgmt every month first week

4. Conduct periodic project reviews and follow up with members for completion of action plan as per project timeline.

5. Timely & successful development of tools, BOP, testing & assembly fixtures Update customer on project status periodically and coordinating for line trials and validation Support APQP team in product readiness at plant for builds and validation (technically & documentation)

6. Maintain project cost tracker for every project and report the Gain / loss status every month to Mgmt.

7. Support in successful product launch meeting PQCDM targets.

8. Support customer lines for trial & validations of new product / ECN implantation and track all open points for its proper closure

9. Update Simplicity (sales software for product / project planning) periodically and maintain it live.

10. Support Purchase / SS team in VA/VE activities in terms of alternate RM / BOP / supplier introduction.

11. Complete training modules assigned as per the plan

12. Follow up customer for delayed payment with required escalation

13. Support Sales & project team in ISO & customer audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Willing to travel, Spoken Hindi & supplier handling will be added advantage, experience in handling Hyundai / Kia plastics parts development.


Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle tight deadlines

Positive & proactive approach towards all situation

Be Flexible, adaptive to change and eager to learn.

To be customer service oriented and work as an ambassador for Organization

Able to manage own workload and set priorities with little supervision.


Excellent English & Tamil Communication Skill.

Decent Knowledge in MS Office & soft Skills.

Good Presentation Skills.

Spoken Hindi will be an added advantage.
