CO-ORDINATION WITH CUSTOMERS, SITE SALES TEAM:
• Answering all incoming inquiries with as little delay as possible.
• Providing all relevant information to the leads either over the phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Convincing the leads to visit the site.
• Inform our site sales team relevant details of the customer and his/ her time for visiting the site.
• Helping the customer to reach the site.
• Attending walk-in customers at head office to provide details of any project as per requirement.
• Educating customers by explaining our USPs and convincing them.
• Attending property events or exhibitions and helping customers with requirements.
• Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites.
• Provide information about our upcoming projects.
• Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing the concerned person's number along with relevant project information.
• Capable to work with SELL.DO
DATA / REPORT MANAGEMENT:
• Call the customer post-site visit to know his feedback.
• Maintaining a concise and meticulous record of follow-ups done for the same.
• Daily reporting in a predefined format.
• Reporting the quality of leads attended to help refine marketing campaigns.
• Collecting and updating price and unit detail sheets for all sites.
• Collect feedback from customers and provide it to Reporting head/ the Management, which helps in analyzing customer needs.
