Lead the month-end and year-end close process. Prepare the monthly MIS and annual financial statements.Drive the monthly P/L review calls with the Business.Lead the Statutory Audit, Internal audit, Tax audit and closure within defined timelines.Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting.Partnering with the Business, identify opportunities for adding value and have the initiative to drive the solutions to closure.Manage Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, General Ledger Control and Revenue Recognition processesSupport the budgeting and forecasting exercise.Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings, viz TDS & GST returns, Income tax returns and filings.Ensure compliance to ADM policies and procedures
Knowledge of IGAAP and IndAS accounting principles and procedures. UGAAP experience will be added benefit
Comfortable with creating financial statements and general ledgers, getting the audit done
Good understanding of TALLY
