Review of daily inward bills/accounting status and taking the necessary measures for the pending bills
• Planning and controlling of Domestic vendor’s payment on weekly basis.
• Planning and controlling of Overseas vendor’s payment on monthly basis.
• Regular inter-action with Bankers for the Treasury/OD/IDMPS/other matters.
• Review of BRS on daily basis and taking the steps for non-accounted receipts/payments/charges etc.
• Review of fund availability in the Bank A/cs and placing for the short term FDs to make the best utilization of the fund.
• Review of Advance of payment of Custom Duty on weekly basis and taking action on the pending Import shipments.
• Review of income/expense accruals considered in Books of Accounts
• Review of running projects (CWIP) and timely capitalization of Assets on the basis of duly confirmed Put-to-Use as per the Company FA Policy.
• Preparation of SOPs & implementation
• Conducting education sessions to inter/intra Department PIC’s on the company policies/SOPs/Recent changes in the Tax Laws/Regulations matters
• Review of RCM (Risk Control Matrix) matrics on year wise and do the improvements wherever it is required to strengthen the internal controls.
• Planning for the Internal Audits and getting the Quarterly Audit Reports and present key highlights with the Management.
• Co-ordinating for the data rolling and involving in clarifying the preliminary observations during the Audits.
• Ensure the timely payment of taxes/filing of returns – GST & TDS
• Review of Annual GST returns filing data and support in filing of GSTR-9/9c forms well before the due dates
• Appointment of consultant on Tax Refund matters and getting the Refunds.
• Filing Annual Survey of Industries (ASI) return on yearly basis to comply the NSSO requirement.
• Handle internal / external audits and regularise the audit observations timely and getting the audit reports
• Prepare action plan for the monthly closure and discuss with inter-departmental PICs and fix the target dates for the submissions.
• Freeze the TB on 2 BD for the monthly reporting.
• Ensure the all the closures entries/activities in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing.
• Planning for the monthly physical inventory audit and conducting the Audits for all the inventory categories of items i.e. RM, CG, Trading, FG & Repair goods
• Prepare monthly result and submit to the Management on 4 WD
• Review monthly result, prepare and submit variance analysis and contractual wages report on monthly basis to the Management
• Prepare IGAAP financials and vetting from the external auditors before the Board Meeting date
• Purchase price variance, FOC pricing, Analysis of BOM consumption vs Actual, reporting slow moving/non-moving inventory and inventory provision
• Prepare IFRS package on quarterly basis and report to BCI Japan within the timelines
• Prepare CF plan and actuals and reporting to the Management/BCI Japan on monthly basis
• Prepare Management Reports followed by monthly result and reporting timely to the Management
