Accountability:
The position of Manager-Corporate Communications & Public Relations is to lead the organization communication
strategy and vision to build the visibility across industry through various communication methodologies.
Scope:
We are looking for a competitive profile with extensive experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare organization for
establishing the Corporate Communication strategy and framework to lead with internal & external stakeholders, through various communication mediums.
A. Strategic approach to communication in line with the business objectives of the organization.
B. To enhance Company reputation, brand imagery and thought leadership perception by driving advocacy through industry platforms, leveraging global and Indian leadership profiling.
C. Media Relationships, cultivate, maintain, and develop sound relationships with editors, media personals, and other key external influencers to help build, enhance, and protect the company's reputation and drive our business forward. Leverage those relationships to proactively build awareness about the company and its offerings.
D. Effectively manages leadership communication and key announcements. (From CMD & CEO’s desk)
E. Lead campaign including organization branding, plan and execute Leadership Forums, Talk Shows, Town Halls, Surveys, Award ceremonies and Event management.
F. To effectively manage internal communication tools like Newsletter, Intranet, Mailers, Blogs, Contests, Collaterals, Webcasts etc.
G. To effectively manage social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc., designing contents and developing organization positioning.
H. Draft press releases, key organizational announcements, briefs on product launches and events.
I. Design and draft cover stories for awards and accolades and annual company report.
J. Represent the company at various industry platforms and segments to strengthen brand positioning using presentations, audio-visuals, fact sheets, and other mediums.
K. Maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual Communication Calendar.
L. Set metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal and external communication efforts.
M. Liaison with media house, news agencies, industry-wide network, and corporate professionals.
? You are entrepreneurial in nature and having strong industry connect with caproates, media House, industry professional and business forums and well versed with media landscape such as print, digital, online.
? End to end execution of communication strategy and having strong analytical thinking ability
