Should be able to handle individually maintenance of all electrical / hydraulic Injection Moulding Machines.
Responsible for adherence to predictive / preventive / breakdown maintenance and diagnosing faults.
Ability to handle operations and maintenance of utilities like Air compressor, DG, nitrogen generator, etc.,
Monitor and track MTTR / MTBF and work on improvement action plans.
Work with admin department for support on plant engineering activities
Should possess knowledge on Plastic Injection Moulding Machines.
Should have knowledge about improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability, up time
and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
Knowledge on SAP / Ms Office
